My grandfather is 80yrs and a diabetic, he coughs everyday and he gets flu almost evry month, What could be the cause ?

TO THE 24 YEARS OLD PRE-DIABETIC GIRL: Of course you can get married. You can even get divorced and married again if you like. Falling pregnant may give gestational diabetes but your children will NOT be affected. I wish I had a 24 year prediabetic girlfriend that would marry me! You still have such a long life ahead of you - ENJOY IT !!!

Then your Grandfather' s problem is probably not diabetese related. Sounds as though he may have a chronic lung infection. He should perhaps see a Palmanologist ASAP - that is a doctor who specializes in problems with the lung. Considering his age, I would even avoid the time &  expense of seeing a normal GP and go straight to the specialist. Oh, your grandfather has a wonderful and caring grandchild. Good Luck.

Hi, his blood glucose is perfect, he is alwys on the level he' s supposed to be...he eats well, he doesnt drink nor smoke. the problem is the flu and the coughs only
