Hi

Blood glucose levels will go up after eating, and then go lower afterwards.
Heart rate can go up after eating as well, as blood is diverted to your digestive system, but it isn't abnormal. If you have type 1 diabetes, and have been diabetic for many years, then you may have an autonomic neuropathy, which can affect the nerves to the heart, and cause an increased heart rate
