Q.

Glucose levels

I need to ask that when I check my glucose after one hour of meal then it stays between 190-240 and same when I check after two hours of meal it stays between 135-170 so tell me which reading should be considered? One hour or two hours? And if I consider two hours then this spike in one hour which is going down in one hour is normal or dangerous for kidney, eye or heart ?

Hi

Both are problematic, and can cause long term problems. If your 1 hour is raised, then focus on getting it down, as this will lower the 2 hour value as well
