Q.

Boosting energy level

I'm diabetic but I have a very busy schedule and I have noticed that I have less and less energy. Even in the morning as I wake up, there is no energy. I don't even have energy to do exercises. I don't want to buy the energy drinks and other multi vitamins over the counter as I am not sure what would be their impact on my diabetes.

Hi

You first need to make sure that your glucose levels are controlled, as high glucose levels can make you tired. If this is fine, then there are other issues related to diabetes or its treatment that can cause tiredness, like low B12 or low testosterone. Lastly, there are other none diabetes related problems that can cause tiredness, so I would suggest seeing your doctor to look at the options. Energy drinks would not be a good option
