Uncontrolled Daibeties

Dear Sir, My name is Fazal from Pakistan, my age is 42 years and I am encountering Diabetes since my 35 due to strong family history. My weight is 80kg and my height is 5.4 inches. Currently I am using Mixtard 70/30 (35units morning-30units evening) together with Tagupmet XR 50/500 (1morning and 1 evening). I am doing walk of around 5 km daily and my intake is bare minimum. I am still facing issues in my diabetes and fasting is around 250-270 while random is around 350-380. Can you please suggest your kind opinion please

Hi

Your glucose levels are way too high, and hence you will need to contact your doctor to have your medication adjusted. In the interim, you can cut down on carbohydrates and increase water intake.
