Q.

Insulin dose

I am an insulin dependent.i was taking Ryzodeg 36 in the morning and 26 in the evening. Now i have changed my insulin .i am taking 11 units of Novorapid before each meal and 15 units of Tresiba at ed time. But my sugars levels are still very high. What should i do

Hi

Insulin doses are different for each patient and depend on the type of diabetes, duration of diabetes, weight,exercise and diet etc. If glucose levels are currently high on your current doses, then you will need your doses adjusted by your doctor
