Q.

I'm a female 43yrs need to lower my sugar

My readings are still high at 12 or 14 in the morning. Please help. I take Janumet 850mg twice a day and Toujeo insulin 25units at night. what do I need to do to lower my sugar ?

The fasting readings are controlled by the Toujeo, and therefore the dose will need be adjusted by your doctor. In the interim, you can cut down on carbohydrates and increase your water intake
