Type 1 diabetic with Neuropathy and Lymphedema

I am a type 1 diabetic for 25 yrs about 15 years ago I developed Neuropathy and Lymphedema, I have extreme weight gain that wont stop, my whole body is so tight and muscles stay flexed all the time I can't function like I used to, at all and I've never been overweight, I was always petite and body was very toned, I had only 6 % body fat for a long time, then one day I started swelling up and gaining more and more weight, I worked out all the time and I still do, I eat extremely healthy, I should not weight what I do. I have so much muscle still and since my fluid is under my muscles through out my whole body u can't pinch me at all. My muscles stay flexed all the time, I'm so tight I feel like my skin is going to burst, specially in my legs, its very painful so I stretch well and keep working out, I seen I dr that told me I have both Neuropathy and Lymphedema and since my fluid is under my muscles there's nothing I could do but compression which I've done, I only seen him once and since I've just gotten worse and worse, I'm in pain all the time and its getting worse and worse over time. I used to be so fit and now I'm 200 lbs with all this muscle, and feel like I'm going to burst. I'm in pain all day every day and I can't lose weight at all. My diabetes has always been hard and I've had so many problems over and over, but I do what I need to do and try to get myself better but I'm stuck I don't know what to do. I need help I've asked multiple drs for help, they help with the diabetes but never with the excessive weight and Neuropathy and Lymphedema, I'm uncomfortable being the way I am and I've stressed to many many drs but nothing changes, I don't know what else to do. Please email me back if you would. I want help so bad I don't know what to do. I want to lose weight somehow please that would help I think so I'm not so swollen but feel like I'm flexing my muscles through out my body. Please help me
