Q.

Sugar-addict struggling with poor vision

Every time I go to the doctor they ask if I have Diabetes when my BP is checked. It’s always low, I figured because I was exercising but I haven’t been exercising. I was on keto diet and I started shaking and almost fainted. I stopped. I am a sugar addict. I’m trying my best to avoid sugar. I feel like my vision has gotten worse, my heart feels like it flutters sometimes, the sides of my toes sometimes feel very numb, my hands are completely dead in the middle of the night. My hair is thinning, my knees hurt, I feel stiff, I’m 33 woman, 4 kids, 156lb, 5’6”

Hi

I am not sure what the question is, but if you want to know if you have diabetes, then you will need to be formally tested by having your blood sugar tested. If this is not the cause of your symptoms, then you will need your doctor to check you out as to other possible causes for the poor vision, or you will need your eyes formally tested by an opthalmologist/optometrist
