Hello, My name is Zafar Iqbal. I am a type 2 diabetic patient. I have diabetic patient since 2003.. First I would take medication but my sugar level was not controlled then i took insulin but it was also not working.. I consulted a lot of doctors.. I am facing the same problem today. I am also suffering from gastroperesis diabetes because my stomach is not working properly. My sugar level is on 230 to 250 if i take medication and insulin and it is on same level if i don't take medication and insulin.. If i take renitidine (zentac) then my sugar level gets normal.. Please tell me and diagnose my disease and prescribe my medicines

It is not the function of this forum to diagnose and treat, and especially in a case like yours, where the management is complicated by gastroparesis. You need to find an endocrinologist to adequately manage your glucose control, as your gastroparesis needs to be first managed(with dietary manipulation and medications) to help control the glucose levels
