Q.

Blood sugar level in mid 90 range causes issue

My aver blood sugar level using the Relio Glucose meter average around 117 after fasting. But when it gets closer to the non-pre diabetric range, in the mid 90 range, I get very shakey. Is it possible that my normal range is a little higher than the accepted standard?

Hi

It isn't clear to me whether you are diabetic or not, as you are talking about pre diabetic ranges, terminology that we don't use in a diabetic. 90 is a normal range glucose level whether before or after meals, and I don't think that you have a higher than normal range.Sometimes a person can get symptoms if the levels drop quickly within the range, and that may explain your symptoms
