Hi

This isn't a management based forum. Your insulin doses need to be based on your blood glucose profiles. If you are getting high glucose levels despite regular doses, then it may relate to what you ate, your insulin doses, injection technique, or an inter-current infection. If it is a once off high glucose level, then it may depend on whether it settles or not, and this would be determined by rechecking after 30 minutes. If it doesn't settle, then you would need to use a correction dose, that should have been discussed with your doctor
