Warning signs of suicide

Have a look at the signs you should look out for.


Some possible warning signs to take note of include:

  • increased anxiety or agitation
  • increased use of drugs or alcohol
  • expressing suicidal thoughts or intent
  • slowing down physically
  • extreme feelings of worthylessness or guilt
