Congratulations on having the good sense to realize that not only does any for of self-harm not bring you any benefits, but it also inflicts nasty grief and other damage to other people. In my many years of experience, I have not come across anyone who benefited from self harm.
See a good psychiatrist for diagnosis and a discussion of treatment options, AND see a good psychologist. counsellor to help you better understand your situation, and to find ways to improve it. You can workout why you feel this urge to hurt yourself and to revise this, as you do not deserve to be hurt, by yourself or anyone else.
