Hello Estella,
I can't imagine why anyone would want to treat Panic Disorder with wither of these drugs, let alone in combination.  Combining two very similar drugs with very similar side-effects and problems, adds no value, and would add to side-effects and similar difficulties.  It's like sweetening your coffee with sugar AND a couple of artificial sweeteners.
Urbanol is a trade name for a frequently mis-used benzodiazepine sedative-tranquillizer call Clobazam, properly used to treat epilepsy and perhaps for SHORT-TERM treatment of anxiety.  Azor is a trade name for a similar benzo called Alprazolam, with similar proper uses and snags.  It is expertly recommended that these drugs be not used for more than a couple of weeks, as the risk of becoming dependent on them then grows significant.
Psychiatrists would usually, nowadays, rather treat Panic Attacks / anxiety with other drugs also used to treat Depression.  Neither Urbanol or Azor are proper treatments for depression.   An alternative and effective way to treat anxiety and panic is by psychological treatments like CBT ( Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy ) which has been shown by good research to be effective and does not use drugs.
