Hi Seven J,
Sometimes I feel we might all have some degree of a mild personality disorder, which is usually identified when someone else complains about it. We must be a bit cautious about recognizing that we all have a personality, and we're fortunate that these vary, or life would be awfully dull ; but only when our particular personality becomes exaggerated to the point of causing real problem for ourselves and others, is it useful to identify it as a disorder deserving some attention.
It is good and will be really useful that you have confidence in your psychiatrist. Depression and anxiety, though they may occur singly, are commonly present together, and insomnia is usually more of a symptom of either ( or both, or of independent cause ) rather than a disorder in its own right.
The medicine combination you describe is reasonably, and one that is quite commonly fashionable, and should be helpful, the proof of the pudding being, as usual, in the consumption. I mention fashionable only because from my perspective, I am able to notice trends and fashions, such as the current popularity of Epitec and Dopaquel. Let's see how this combination suits you.
