Hello Concerned Mom,
For various good reasons, I am not able to recommend specific doctors or hospitals in this Forum. Apparently she has seen a number of psychologists and psychiatrists, and it seems to you, perhaps very validly, that she has been manipulative and may have misled them. This may be a very important point. What strikes me is the possibility that it's possible that the primary problem may not be depression, but rather personality disorder, far harder to treat, and needing very skilled and experienced psychotherapy rather than mainly medication. A basically manipulative person, especially a clever one, may find it more satisfying to baffle the doctors and experts, and alarm her family, and may actually have little motivation to get better.
