Going off Cilift 20mg

In 2012 I was introduced to Cilift by my doctor after being depressed all the time due to personal issues. Since then I worked through these issues, by seeking help at a therapist (intense therapy followed), making big changes in my life for my own good. Its been a year now that I am stable and healthy. I would like to go off Cilift now, I know I should do it very slowly, and I'm willing to do that. What is the correct and healthy way to do that?

Hello,  Congratulations on all the good and successful work you have done with your therapist.  And you're right that it's best to be cautious about coming off any such antidepressant drug gradually and not suddenly.
Choosing the right plan for coming off it depends on a number of factors, including the dose you've been taking, so the best way to plan a smooth transition towards coming off the drug, would be to see the psychiatrist / doctor who has been prescribing it for you, to make a personal plan with you.
