Q.

Swooshing sounds, ear pain, headaches and anxiety

I hear microwave like sounds, come in bursts. Sometimes swooshing sounds. Become worse when I’m on my iPad for a while. Noise so loud I stick my fingers in my ears. Pressure. Headaches every day for 2 weeks. Vision has gotten worse.hearing is not good. Today first day my TMJ feels stiff. Sometimes only at night my heart feels fluttery. I’m 33 years old, eat healthy sometimes, used to exercise regularly. Stressed, 4 children. I feel like I have a brain tumor and I’m dying, I am so afraid to fall asleep at night sometimes fearing i won’t wake up. Right now a subtle light burning sensation in my chest. I’ve had GeRD before, it’s not that. Appreciate any time.
