Q.

Rising PSA counts

My husband underwent a robotical prostatectomy in Oct 2017. Cancer was localised. His PSA counts are in the normal range but rising: 0,47 in Dec 2018; 0,35 in Sept 2018; 0,27 in June 2018. Where do these PSA counts come from if he has no prostate? Need we worry? Thanks for your time.
