Q.

Penile legion

For sev real weeks I’ve noted a strange lump under my penis skin. My doctor told me it’s a harmless tumor that will fade away. That was two weeks ago, yet it has not. Please answer with a diagnoses and medical opinion. I am a cancer 3 stage survivor in remission

Dear Mr Campos, I share your concern over the lump under the skin of your penis. It is impossible to provide you with a diagnosis by just reading your few comments. You do not make mention of the size of the lump. Neither do you mention whether it is movable, soft, hard, etc. Did it appear suddenly or over the course of time? You also do not make mention of your original cancer diagnosis and treatment. It is suggested that you return to your treating physician with a request for a diagnosis - including a possible biopsy to ensure an accurate diagnosis. Please do not hesitate to see your treating doctor. If you are not happy with the outcome of the consultation, remember that it is your right to request a second opinion. (MCH)
