Dear Esther, Any lump in the breast is abnormal. You should consult someone experienced in breast health issues. You do not mention your status within South Africa. If you have a residence permit, you will qualify to attend any public hospital for diagnosis and treatment. If you, however, do not have a residence permit, you will have to make use of the services of a private doctor. (MCH).

The information provided does not constitute a diagnosis of your condition. You should consult a medical practitioner or other appropriate health care professional for a physical exmanication, diagnosis and formal advice.
