Are you recovering from a back operation? Then exercise is essential for you.

Are you recovering from a back operation? Then exercise is essential for you. But it's important that you don't overdo things.

Take action:
Remember that discomfort is normal when resuming activities, but that pain is a warning signal that you are overdoing things. Daily walking is recommended and stairs can be climbed one at a time. But it is not a good idea to sit or to stand for long periods of time – positions must be changed regularly. And the good news is that sexual activities that are not too strenuous may be resumed.
