Hallo Tracey,

Congratulations with the new bed. It sounds as if stiffness in certain parts of your bodymight be causative to your symptoms.

My suggestion is that you pay a visit to a health practioner (physiotherapist, chiropractor, and/or biokinethetist) to do a through evaluation. Thereafter, a management programme, including specific stretches should help.

All the best,

I am experiencing a continuous pain starting in my right hip once I get up and developing down my right thigh and further down into the knee. Sometimes the knee just gives in under weight. I enjoy walking but lately this has caused me to be scared of actually falling. What can it be?
