When we have constant pain (especially when it came without injury), it is allways a good idea to consult a health care practitioner (in this case, I suggest your General Practitioner). He/She can screen you for serious causes, as in a tumour. A very small % of society actually has tumours causative to pain, but it is good to know that you are part of the majority. While you are there - also ask on advice to manage the pain, e.g. self massage/exercise/a referral to a physiotherapist.
