What can we do for my asthma daughter -20 years old

she is currently on budaflem and ashtrovent,from September month her chest stay as she would say tight,using inhaler all the time,went to doctor quite a few times,only thing that really help is the nep.dont understand,maybe the changing of season,stay sick throat infection,nose ears,stay tired and sleep alot,snorring heavy,please help

Sounds like the asthma is poorly controlled.  The most common cause for this is using the asthma treatment incorrectly.  The preventer pump must be used twice a day every single day, i.e. the budeflam.  Have a look at a You Tube video which will show you exactly how the inhaler should be used.  If the inhaler is used incorrectly none of the medication gets into the chest.  If these 2 points are addressed, then it might be that the budeflam may need to be increased.  There also might be an element of postnasal drip which may be upsetting asthma control.  This will require an antihistamine and nasal spray.  I’m just giving one example here but here but there could be a number of other things that might cause the asthma to be poorly controlled.  You need to seek the help of a specialist if required.
