Q.

something moves and is painfull

when I bend over(sometimes) something moves left or right out from under the breast mostly left side and it's extreamly painful. I have to push on it and do breathing excersizes to make it stop it sometimes fells like a cramp. I have been to 12 dr.s and no one knows or ever heard of this. I had my left loung taken out 3 years ago this thing started . I have had mri with contrast many x-rays and still nothing.

It is interesting that you have these symptoms on the same side of your previous pneumonectomy. I suggest you visit a thoracic surgeon or pulmonologist just to make sure that the two are not related. There is a large dome-shaped muscle that separates the chest from the abdominal cavity and sometimes things can migrate between the compartments. Alternatively, it could be an intercostal muscle tear or injury, or even possibly related to nerve route compression. Best to have it checked out.
