Q.

Asthma

I have a history with asthma since I was a kid. Then last November 23 I started coughing and took vicks 44 dextrometorphan and robitussin guaifenassin. but my cough became more severe. I saw a doctor last November 26 2018 then he give me macrolide antibiotics called clarithromycin. I got better after a few days, I finished drinking it for 1 week. But I'm still coughing and there is some tickling sensation underneath near lungs when I breathe. I feel so worried because I have a contagious cough for 11 days without taking an x-ray examination.

Most likely this is just a upper respiratory tract infection and should settle down soon.  If you did have bronchitis, the cough can linger around for a few weeks.  However, I'm also concerned that your asthma may be back.  There may also be a component of hay fever that needs to be treated.  You should discuss all these possibilities with your doctor.
