I get colds really easily and they usually linger a while like 2 weeks or more. Also when I exercise I get out of breath a lot easier than my friends. I am overweight so my parents think it is just that, but I don't think so. This happens sometimes but especially when I have a cough: I get chest tightness and when I cough I feel like I can't catch my breath, and it hurts to breathe. A lot of the time I find myself wheezing when going up hills, or going on a run. A lot of the time my chest feels "full". Do I have asthma?

It does sound like you may likely have asthma.  However, there are many causes of wheezing and all that wheezes is not necessarily asthma.  At the minimum you need a chest x-ray and to see an experienced doctor.  They can start you on appropriate treatment.  There are other aspects including treating chronic nasal inflammation which is also important.
