Good evening Sir a d everyone. I'm from Nigeria, and my question is, I have been having serious chest tightness, cough and mostly dry one, loss of breath sometimes associated with tiredness, fatigue. I've also noticed chest pain, sometimes deep heavy breathing. I also feel loss of breath when lying on my bed whenever the weather is dry and I get this feeling of dust all over my throat and kind of hard breathing starts. Please what can be done and I sometimes have itchy eye and watery.

There are many causes of chest tightness.  For example, it could be a problem with the lung like asthma or it could be a problem with the heart with water getting into the lungs.  Sometimes it can even be due to material from the food pipe coming up and bits getting into the lung (GORD).  Given your other symptoms it could be that you are an allergy prone person and therefore asthma might be a real possibility.  You need to discuss these options with your doctor.
