Q.

Asthma in late 20's

Can you develop Asthma late into your 20's and can it get worse almost weekly? I'm 26 and started showing signs of Asthma when I was about 24. I recently discovered that it gets worse and worse even with a pump and a preventative pump being used daily.

Yes, one can develop asthma in ones 20's and it can get worse over several weeks.  It could be that you are not using the correct dose of therapy, not using your preventative therapy correctly, or it may mean that asthma is getting worse and you may need additional add-on therapy.  The reasons behind your asthma getting worse also need to be investigated.  I suggest you see a lung specialist or a doctor experienced in treating asthma.
