Q.

Breath holding good for you?

I saw your breath holding article on how it's healthy for you. You say it relaxes you when you hold your breath, but then you say when you feel the need to breathe, to keep holding it, but wouldn't that cause panic? Air Hunger is one of the most horrible sensations on Earth, and you're telling us to do it deliberately? Why should we have to put ourselves through something so evil, and barbaric just for the claim of better health? Surely there has to be other ways to get the same health benefits that don't require the feeling of suffocation, right? I have to breathe through my nose, and mouth every second. There's NO way I'm holding my breath for even 10 seconds! https://www.health24.com/Lifestyle/Woman/Your-body/this-breathing-exercise-will-get-you-to-hold-your-breath-for-over-two-minutes-20180620

I have not written any breath holding article.  I think you have the wrong person.
