Q.

Asthma symptoms?

Hello, I've been having some coughs since August, but they come and go. This evening I experienced one again and I felt tightness in my throat. I also had some problems with shortness of breath, but I thought that might be related with my panic attacks since I suffer from them. Should I seek medical help? Thank you.

The symptoms you describe may be associated with panic attacks.  However, if you get shortness of breath and tightness that comes and goes, particularly when related to effort or other triggers, then you should get it checked out.  These symptoms can also be ascribable to asthma.  You need to see an experienced doctor who can give you a reliable opinion.
