Q.

severe pain in knees due to uric acid.

I feel severe pain in my knees when i have to climb the stairs and i feel a sound of knees cracking. i do exercise as well but after exercise i feel pain . i did rope skipping for few days but it had a worst effect on my knees and i was unable to walk and climb stairs. please guide

It is not clear whether you are on medication to lower the uric acid for Gout. This is the only way to reduce uric acid.

The pain in your knees is more likely to be die to bursitis, but you may have mild secondary osteo arthritis in the knee.
You would benefit from seeing a rheumatologist
Exercise is good and you may need pain killers to help you do the exercises.
