Q.

Severe pain in my underarm muscles, elbows and wrists

I was diagnised with Myasthenia gravis in 2000, but ubdiagnosed 2-3 years orior. Now that Im better with MG i was diagnosed with ALS. For the last 2 weeks I have been having horrific pains in the muscles under my arms, inside of my elbows ans wrists. I am on Vastor 80mg per day, Pharmapress 10g twice per day, Ridaq once in the morning and Methotrexate 7 tablets once per week. I take Ponado's x4 regular to ease the pain. I am also on Baclofen 2 in the morning and 2 at night?

It is difficult to be sure whether your symptoms are due to your neurological disease or fibromyalgia.

You should speak to your neurologist.
You could consider a stronger pain killer like PanadoCo or Tramadol. Sometimes Amitriptyline helps for these kinds of symptoms.
