Q.

May one use quercetin and collagen powder simultaneously?

I have undifferentiated connective tissue disease/auto-immune disorder. I have been considering natural supplements to bring relief rather than prescription meds. What does the following mean: Ingestion of quercetin inhibits platelet aggregation and essential components of the collagen-stimulated platelet activation pathway in humans.

It could mean that the compound inhibits platelets and prevents clotting in the arteries. Patients with undifferentiated CTD only require such medications if they have a history of clotting due to the anti-phospholipid antibody
