Q.

I have gout for 25 years

I have only had a few severe flare ups and take anti-inflammatory when I feel it coming on. For the past 2 years my knees have become stiffer and stiffer, most likely due to uric acid deposit. But the last 2 years I starting taking apple cider vinegar and felt knee relief within hours by breaking up uric acid deposit in knee caused a gout attack in big toe at the same time.

You need to be on Puricos, otherwise you will need 2 knee replacements and other joints will become involved. Are you monitoring the uric acid levels in the blood?
