Q.

Leg pain after back surgery

I'm 68 years old and weighs 123 kg. I had two back operations ( Laminectomies). After the operations I had no pain for about six months. When I sit down, I don't have any pain. When I get off from the chair the discomfort starts. Always pain in the bridge of the right foot. Sometimes in the left foot. My right leg goes to sleep. and sometimes causes me to fall. Please help.

The symptoms sound like a recurrence of a prolapsed disc

You may need to see your spinal surgeon again and you may require a repeat MRI
In the meantime, ask your GP to prescribe Amitriptyline 26mg at night.
