Gesonde maag

  1. Vermy suiwelprodukte ’n week lank om vas te stel of jou winderigheid veroorsaak word deur ’n laktose-intoleransie. Bly ook weg van ryk kos, borreldrankies en bier.
  2. ’n Proteïenryke dieet – veral met baie vleis – kan windjies sleg laat ruik, maar gesels eers met ’n voedingkundige voor jy minder proteïene begin eet.
  3. Vermy bone, kool, Brusselse spruite, blomkool, broccoli, rape, komkommers, radyse, uie en spanspek. Eet meer spinasie.

  • As winderigheid gepaardgaan met ander simptome soos diarree, maagpyn of opgeblaasdheid kan dit op dikdermontsteking of ander dikdermprobleme dui. Gaan spreek jou dokter.
  • Vesel is die hoofoorsaak van winderigheid; winderigheid is dus dikwels ’n teken van goeie gesondheid!
