  3. Kry elke dag oefening om jou hormone te stabiliseer en slapeloosheid te vermy.

  • Vermy stres, kafeïen, alkohol, gekruide kos, stywe klere, hitte en sigaretrook – dit kan alles ‘n warm gloed aan die gang sit. Koue water help weer vir gloede.
  • Spring onder die stort in as ’n warm gloed jou tref.
