  1. Baie mense leef jare met voetpyn, maar seer voete is nie normaal nie. Gaan dokter toe as jou hakke of enige ander deel van jou voet seer is.
  2. Ondersteun jou voetboog. Hoe laer die voetboog, hoe meer steun het jou voet nodig. As jou voete taamlik plat is, kan jy spesiale skoen-insetsels koop.
  3. Bevogtig jou voete dikwels en sny jou toonnaels reguit om ingroeiing te voorkom.

  • Wees op die uitkyk vir ouderdomsverwante voetprobleme. Dit sluit in artritis, hamertone en dikker toonnaels, wat die ingroei-gevaar verhoog. Jou voete word ook langer en wyer en jou skoengrootte kan selfs verander!
  • Jou voete sal baie dankbaar wees as jy hoëhakskoene sowel as plakkies vermy.
