  2. As jy duiselig of flou voel tydens, of reg ná oefening, moet jy plat op jou rug lê met jou bene omhoog. Kom so as gou moontlik by ’n dokter uit.
  3. As jy naar voel terwyl jy oefen, doen dieselfde as vir duiseligheid.

  • As jy geleidelik oor ’n paar weke  ál meer kortasem raak terwyl jy oefen, moet jy binne ’n week by ’n dokter uitkom. As jy skielik ongemaklik kortasem raak, moet jy dadelik dokter toe gaan.
  • Gaan dokter toe as jou voorheen reëlmatige pols onreëlmatig raak terwyl jy oefen.
