Jy kyk weer op jou horlosie want dit voel asof jy al 'n eeu lank agter jou lessenaar sit, maar dis net nege minute later. Jy voel mislik en lighoofdig en jy's seker jy't koors. Maar om vandag by die huis te bly, was net nie 'n opsie nie.  

Neem 'n lekker warm bad dié oggend. Wanneer jy skoon voel, lyk alles rooskleuriger. As jou probleem stresverwant is, sal 'n warm bad ook jou sirkulasie verbeter en jou beter laat voel.
