Q.

Dry mouth

What would cause a very dry mouth for a few weeks now also my right ear has been plugged with this and also my saliva glands are not producing enough salivaHad dry mouth and ear being plugged on the right side for about a month or more and it seems my saliva glands are not producing enough saliva. this is very stressful to deal with and I have been to ENT and found nothing also had Catscan on head neck etc with no findings. had several blood test and nothing seems to show up. Anyways any suggestions what it could be would be helpful

You may suffer with a condition called Sjorgens Syndrome which is can affect the mucus membranes of the mouth, eyes, and swollen salivary glands. However it's more common in women, but worth exploring by checking blood ANA and Rheumatoid factor or seeing a Rheumatologist.
