Hives - times of antihistamines

I have hives for 2 months, they appear mainly at night. what time should I take the antihistamines for them to be most effective at night. which antihistamine is most effective at night if I take it at 8pm?

Try taking the antihistamines 2 hours before the hives normally appear. Sedating antihistamines help with sleep, but the longer acting non-sedating antihistamines such as Desloratadine, Levocetirizine and Fexofenadine are better at controlling chronic urticaria.
