Q.

Blood testing for urticaria

If my total iGe is normal and screen for paediatric foods is normal (very low- 0.05), do i need to do blood tests for inhalants (mold, dustmites, grass etc) for chronic urticaria?

If the Total IgE is normal, then you are unlikely to have an allergy. Most cases of Chronic Urticaria are not caused by an allergy, but rather an over abundance of Mast cells and these release histamine bringing out the rashes.
