Q.

Bad Rashes on upper body when I travel to coastal areas

I generally develop rashes on my upper body, stomach, back and hands when exposed to sun in coastal areas. Last 2 times I haven't exposed myself to sea water but I develop bad rashes when I am around the coast line, chilling on shack. Please suggest the definite reason and medicine to immune myself against this.

This sounds like a Physical form of Urticaria. Sun and ultraviolet light may be implicated (Solar Urticaria, and even Polymorphic Light Eruption). Sudden temperature changes when swimming and rapid skin cooling with the wind blowing may also be implicated (Cold Induced Urticaria). You may need to take a daily antihistamine such as Cetirizine when you go to the coast for a holiday.
