You may be right. The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, says food allergies also can cause a tingling in the mouth, swelling of the tongue and throat, difficulty breathing, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, a drop in blood pressure, even death.
Unfortunately, there's no cure for food allergies. But you should see your doctor to deal with the problem. He may ask you to keep a diary of what you eat for a couple of weeks and note any adverse reactions that follow meals. If a food allergy is causing your problems, you'll have to avoid the offending food altogether.
