Dear Michael,
Omega 3 oils have been said to improve concentration and memory by building neuro pathways in the brain. Your pharmacist will be able to inform you of the various brands of Omega oils and which is the best to take. Before putting any child on a supplement, please consult his GP/pediatrician to determine the correct dosage in conjunction with current medication.
Kind regards.

I am presently on Epilem, Lamiton and Cilift.

After a recent cold, have been suffering from severe nose bleeds. could any of the drugs listed above be a contributing factor to the nose bleeds, or is it as a result of the cold and cold weather we are experiencing?

Any suggested treatment?

I can only speak of my personal experience, that omega 3 was not in the least helpful  in fact, I discovered the expensive sofgel capsules contained the artificial dye, FCF Brilliant Blue which caused physical restlessness every time - and I am an adult! I will say one thing in favour of supplements, they showed me that colourants in even minute quantities were 50% of my ADHD problem. The other 50% was as a result of faulty nutrition. But just removing ALL dyes and preservatives may effect a substantial and rapid improvement.
