Also trying to cut out colourants and preservatives.... am joining adhd as they will mail me foodlist appropriate for adhd. Could u/expert please assist in helping to find more food resources to put us on a trail of healty eating/ products to avoid?? It will greatly be appreciated. I find most food contains msg/tbhq and other " poisons" . How can we eliminate so not to starve??? PLease help.

Dear Marri,
Unfortunately, eating healthily in this day and age can be tricky. The easiest place to start is by ensuring all your fruits and vegetables are organic; eat free range eggs and chickens; line caught fish. If possible, bake your own bread using unrefined grains. In general, the less refined foods are the less likely they are to have preservatives and other impurities. You may find Patrick Hollard's eating plan interesting.
Kind regards.
